If your house is built and you’re living in it, the modules go in behind the switchboards you already have. The wiring stays where it is. Only the switch plates change, and your old switches keep working like normal switches, so your parents and the house help don’t have to learn anything.

Two and three bedroom homes are usually done in a day or two. No dust sheets, no repainting.

HOW PRICING WORKS

We quote on point count, not square feet. A point is one thing you control, like a light or a fan or a socket. Two flats the same size can be forty percent apart on price for this reason alone.

That’s why anyone giving you a number over the phone is guessing. A site visit gives you a real one.

START WITH TWO ROOMS

You don’t have to do the whole house at once, and we usually suggest you don’t.

Start with the bedroom and living room. Use it for a month. You’ll know pretty quickly which features you actually use daily and which ones you forgot about after the first week, and you can spend the rest of the budget on that.

WHO SHOWS UP LATER

This is the part people forget to ask about, and it’s the most common complaint we hear from customers replacing someone else’s system.
