This allows our learners to link their own learning with their practice with their Coachee/Mentee, therefore implementing their learning from the start. Our flagship program, "Coaching and Mentoring in the Workplace," is offered over a period of 10 to 12 weeks. The final component of the program is an intensively monitored session, at the conclusion of which the Coach or Mentor is provided with feedback. The European Mentoring and Coaching Council has conferred its Practitioner Level Accreditation upon this training program (EMCC).
